64-Piece Fixture Kit for Welding Fixture Tables
Position, locate and secure your workpieces with a selection of fixture blocks, stops, clamps and fastening accessories. This 64-piece kit brings together four sizes of L-blocks, adjustable straight edge stops, V-blocks for round parts, locating blocks and multiple clamping options for your welding table setup.
Start by locating your accessories with the positioning pins, attach the L-blocks and stops with ball lock bolts, then secure your workpiece with the swing clamps or vise grip fixture clamps. The mix of locating and clamping tools lets you build a setup around the shape and size of your project.
Positioning and Clamping Options
- L-blocks and straight edge stops: Eight L-blocks with varying stop lengths provide different setup options. Slotted designs allow adjustment when paired with ball lock bolts or locating pins.
- Fence and central locating blocks: Fence blocks can locate horizontally, vertically or diagonally at 45 degrees by repositioning their removable threaded pins. Central locating blocks position parts along the center of the table grid.
- V-blocks for round parts: The 130-degree V-blocks help locate and hold round workpieces, with a maximum tube diameter of 3 inches (76.2mm).
- Adjustable swing clamps: Adjust vertically for different clamping heights and swing the arm to reach different areas of the workpiece.
- Variable swing clamps: Adjust clamping height and reach to suit different workpieces.
- Variable 45-degree swing clamps: Adjust clamping height and reach, and swivel the clamp through ±45 degrees for angled clamping.
- Two vise grip clamp sizes: The 7-inch clamps have a 2-inch throat depth and 2.375-inch clamping height; the 11-inch clamps have a 3-inch throat depth and 3.5-inch clamping height.
- Ball lock bolts and positioning pins: Knurled bolt heads allow hand tightening, with a socket head for hex-key tightening. Positioning pins locate accessories, while ball lock bolts secure accessories to the table.
Table Compatibility
The included accessories use 16mm (0.63-inch) holes. The L-blocks, straight edge stops and fence blocks are designed for a 2-inch (50.8mm) hole pitch. Check your table's hole diameter, spacing and thickness before ordering.
Ball lock bolt fit: The included premium bolts have a fixed length of 24.5mm and are designed for 12mm-thick fixtures on a 12mm-thick table. Thinner tables may require a spacer. Positioning pins locate accessories but ball lock bolts are needed to secure them.
