Shipping policy
Overview
- Shipping and pick up options are available at our manufacturing partner in Aylmer, Ontario
- In stock items will ship within 1-2 business days.
- Weld Tables or other made to order items will ship within 2-4 weeks, unless otherwise noted
- Customized Freight Costs will be manually added to the order after it's placed. The customer will then be able to review and approve the new charges before the order is processed.
Shipping is size and weight based. Some of the items are extremely heavy and may require special shipping arrangements including lift gate services. Large items will often ship on a pallet and either fully assembled or flat packed.
We work with various freight providers and as such, shipment costs and details maybe subject to change. If any changes do occur we will contact you with updates and request approval of these changes as required.
Small Tables under 150lbs can Ship UPS for approximately $200.
Medium Size Tables that fit on a standard/larger pallet are often capable of shipping for approximately $350-$500 to most cities in Canada.
Large Size Tables that are too big for a standard pallet are often capable of shipping for approximately $600-$1100 to most cities in Canada.
Flat Rate Standard Shipping applies to some products that ship through standard courier. This includes most provinces with the exception of Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut. Some rural addresses may require additional fees to be reviewed on an individual customer basis.
All orders are documented with inspection pictures prior to shipping. Thomson Tool Systems is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items during shipping. Customers are recommended to request signature required and insurance from the shipping provider at their discretion. Please make this request in the comments section prior to placing an order or by contacting us directly before shipping. Additional fees may apply.
